By engaging in services with Pure Freedom K9, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, consistency, and the best possible experience for both you and your dog.

  • Dog training is a collaborative process. Results depend on consistency, follow-through, and participation from the owner. Pure Freedom K9 does not guarantee specific outcomes, as each dog and situation is unique.

  • All training programs and sessions must be paid according to the agreed terms prior to or at the start of services.

    Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of Pure Freedom K9. Failure to complete payments may result in paused or discontinued services.

  • Due to the time, preparation, and scheduling involved, all services are non-refundable once training has begun.

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

    A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being forfeited.

  • Clients agree to:

    • Follow training guidance and instructions

    • Use recommended tools appropriately

    • Maintain control of their dog during sessions

    Pure Freedom K9 is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inconsistent application of training methods outside of sessions.

  • Clients must disclose any known behavioral or medical issues prior to training.

    Dogs must be safe to handle. Pure Freedom K9 reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if safety concerns arise.

  • By participating in training, clients acknowledge that working with animals carries inherent risk. Clients assume responsibility for their dog’s behavior and any damages or injuries that may occur.

  • Services are provided within designated areas. Additional travel fees may apply outside standard service locations.

  • Pure Freedom K9 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a situation is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not a good fit.
